A REFLECTION ON THE TERM

    This is to be my final post for the forseeable future. I have worked on many projects throughtout the term and it is time to reflect on my views about the integration of technology in ELT classrooms. If I were to compare my beliefs about the topic before and after I took the course, I would say that I have more trust in the implementation of technology now that I have seen its applications. Before, I did not know how I could use them. Now that I am aware of some specific examples, I am looking forward to using tech in my ELT class.

    I have worked on many projects throughout the term and my favorites have been preparing a  digital story and the sound-rich story, even though they took longer to make. I really liked the movie reviews as well. We were given freedom to create these and this is the thing I liked about them the most. I could make a story about pretty much anything. My least favorite has been the infographic prep, because I do not see how it could be used in the classroom.

    This course has been very enjoyable. My suggestions would be to increase the number of the creativity-vise free works and decrease the others, whatever they might be. Doing things that related to me increased my motivation to work on these projects.
