POSTERS IN ELT: DESIGNING IS FUN.

                Hi. This week, we were provided with two options and we had to choose between making a movie poster of a book we have read or prepare a cover for our fictional magazine and I choose the latter one. I enjoyed the designing process as I was given ample freedom to do just whatever I wanted to do. I went with a WW2 history magazine. This task required to have a bit of technical knowledge so as a teacher in the future I would try and make sure that students know how to create such an image. I used photoshop and used a lot of different images, colours and fonts to prepare this poster. I had to add the shadows in as my image did not have a shadow of itself. I had to choose royalty-free fonts to make sure I did not run into any legal or copyright issues. It has been fun but these render this assignment a bit technical if one were to create a good poster. Therefore, I will definitely consider this activity in the future.
